Oil on Canvas, Framed – Canyon Curves and Colors 24×30 painted on location near the confluence of the Rio Pueblo and The Rio Grand, We call it the Slide Trail also, as it was a working road to drive down to the Rio Grande, when the rocks slid the road was permanently closed and now it’s a fabulous hiking trail. Unassuming colors most of the year, when fall comes the light and the foliage seem to just ‘light up’ and if the wind isn’t blowing, I can’t wait to paint it…
