Oil on Canvas – On The Edge, The Juniper 18×24, I had seen this tree and ‘clocked’ it for later… always choosing to paint the canyon, on this day, the canyon didn’t look that good for the time of day so I finally painted this tree, it really made me excited. I love the timelessness of a tree that exists on the wild edge of a wild canyon.
